Lecy Henderson is a graduate of Cardinal Stritch University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She began her career in the financial services industry in 2002, starting as a receptionist and quickly advancing to the New Business department. Over time, she progressed into a supervisory role, gaining extensive experience across multiple areas of the business.
Lecy joined Guardian in 2019, where she is responsible for processing Life and Disability insurance applications and collaborating closely with underwriters to bring each application to resolution.
She was born in Milwaukee and raised in Freeport, Illinois, where she also graduated from high school. Lecy is a proud parent of three children and a loving grandparent to a wonderful granddaughter.
